We’ll take an in-depth look at your conversion process. And at your customers. Then we’ll plan an ideal conversion process from the customer perspective.

This involves breaking the conversion process down into manageable chunks. Storyboarding it out. And defining what it takes to get more buyers to convert. I’ll give recommendations for each step of the conversion process, including design, copy, and navigation. You’ll get a to-do list for implementing a more effective conversion process and increasing your conversion rate.

Website testing implementation

Testing is the real key to ongoing, sustainable growth of your online business. This is how you verify what works and what doesn’t, and plan for future success.

I’ll help you design, implement, and manage testing for one or more conversion processes. This can be Taguchi testing, Multivariate testing, or Split testing. It can be in email, or on your website.

We’ll work together to decide which testing methodologies and tools are appropriate for your situation. I’ll work with the testing software vendor we choose — along with your IT department — to set up the test. We’ll plan all appropriate test inputs. Either I or a member of your team will create the test inputs. I’ll manage the test while it runs. Then I’ll analyze the results and help you understand what they mean.

You’ll get an optimized conversion process, plus I’ll give you a cheat sheet of “lessons learned” for future reference and testing.
